Digital Illustration and Animation in Bristol

Hello, I’m Luella and I’ve been a freelance digital illustrator for nearly 20 years now!

I originally trained in Fine Art, then spent a number of years as an adult comic book creator before gaining a distinction from St. Martins for a communication design MA, that same year winning BT’s multimedia award at the New Designers Exhibition.

I’m now based in vibrant Bristol, UK and work from my studio opposite the city farm.

My digital illustrations have previously been used to illustrate children’s books, adverts, award-winning mobile apps, websites and educational journals. I especially love breathing life into my characters with animation.
